The Broomielaw, Glasgow

A landmark 1 million sq. ft. office development along the Clyde in Central Glasgow.  The first phase of the development was sold to Prudential Assurance, the second phase was built for British Telecom as their West of Scotland headquarters, the third phase was built for Scottish Enterprise and the remaining land was successfully sold.
