Jonathan Joseph is Principal of Joseph Partners. Formerly joint chairman of Bellhouse Joseph Ltd, Jonathan has more than forty years of experience in the field of urban regeneration, including landmark developments such as Atlantic Quay Glasgow, Leith Waterfront Edinburgh, Fulham Broadway, and the conceptual and planning stages of the West Hendon and Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration schemes.
In all these schemes Jonathan has worked in close association with Local Authorities through the site assembly phases involved in bringing these major projects to the point of delivery and frequently through the development process itself.
Jonathan has a broad experience of development including cross-disciplinary aspects such as town planning, consultation, transport negotiations, legal negotiations with major stakeholders, design and letting – and of leading large, multidisciplinary teams. He has now turned his attention to developing a systematic approach to the revival of high streets.
