350 acre site in North London owned by Network Rail, London Borough of Barnet, Standard Life, Hammerson and others. One of the most significant regeneration sites in Europe, it includes doubling the size of and transforming Brent Cross Shopping Centre. The scheme will comprise 14 million sq. ft. of development over a 20 year period including 7500 new homes and 4m sq ft of offices. Completed development value will be in excess of £6bn.
